The Russian army have psychotronic weapons that can turn people to zombie
Boris Ratnikov, a russian General in reserve, told recently to the journalists of the Pravda publication, that Russia and other countries have psychotronic weapon that can turn enemy soldiers troops in a bunch of zombie, that are easily to control.
According to General Ratnikov, Russia has been working on the psychotronic weapons since 1920-1930, and until the mid-80’s in all major cities of the defunct CCCP ( Soviet Union – Russia) where centers owned by KGB for testing the impact of psychotronic generators on population.
KGB (transliteration of “КГБ”) is the Russian abbreviation of Committee for State Security (Russian: Komityet Gosudarstvjennoj Biezopasnosti), which was the official name of the umbrella organization serving as the Soviet Union’s premier security agency, secret police, and intelligence agency, from 1954 to 1991.
Today the main successor agency of KGB is FSB (Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation).
Although formally these secret labs were closed after the Soviet Union dissolution, thousands of scientists continued to develop new prototypes of weapons that operate on the human psyche. According to the same sources, is known and accepted fact that many researchers as academician Viktor Kandyba and his son continue researching in this direction in some centers in St. Petersburg, and academician Vlail Kaznacheyev is working on similar projects in Novosibirsk .
General Ratnikov believe that in less than 10 years from now, psychotronic weapons will be more effective and more dangerous than atomic or nuclear weapons, being able to destroy the morale and psyche of entire countries,and the citizens will be turn in people without will and discrimination, in “zombies”. Such weapons are capable of controlling the population, to seriously alter the functions of mind and even to persuade people to commit mass suicide.
